Q. My Lord, there have been many signs in my environment that there is something regarding energy I need to understand. Will you answer me, please?
A. Yes, you’re a little behind schedule getting that one.

Q. I’ve been working as hard as I can trying to figure it out with my class ….
A. That’s the long way to do it.

Q. I’ve had a hunch there’s a new way of getting information that probably requires less energy. In fact, a few days ago I asked my friend, the spirit Tom, to do something for me so I can focus with the class on getting these insights and he said, “That’s not a good way to get it.”
A. Well, the problem is you’re not busy enough.

Q. My Lord! What are you saying? Do you know anyone busier than I?
A. Yes. Lots of people.

Q. Who in my immediate environment?
A. Paul.

Q. What percentage of busyness does he have and what percentage do I have?
A. You have .2% and he has 700%.

Q. But I work far more than he does.
A. Yes, with working you’re at 100% and he’s at 7%.

Q. Recently everyone has been telling me to get busy or that they’re busy. I asked the Alumuanu King earlier to help me figure this out and he said he was busy. There must then be a difference between ‘busyness’ as you use the word, and work.
A. Of course.

Q. Can you give me an example of ‘busyness’?
A. Like mopping a floor or shoveling dirt.

Q. In other words, mindless work?
A. Yes.

Q. Work should be done from a place of silence of the mind. Even office work, contracts and so forth?
A. Everything.

Q. That will release the huge amount of energy tied up in work. Earning a living doesn’t have to be hard anymore. So, will you next help me find the new way of getting answers and insights?
A. I just did.

Q. Are you saying this will produce answers to large questions in life as well as the other methods would?
A. No. Better.

Q. My goodness! This is very revolutionary. Not only as a way of removing stress or hardship from work, but as a means of effortlessly getting information! Is it as good as getting answers from meditation?
A. They’re two different ways. It’s the same.

Q. But few people can sit in meditation all day. Most have to work. But now work doesn’t have to distract from growth. I would imagine that it will take a lot of trust that one won’t somehow drop the ball; you know, miss a clause in a contract or something. All work can be done this way, can’t it?
A. Yes. It’s a different mindset that has to be cultivated; and, no, when in the silence of mind you will be less apt to drop a ball.

Q. Does one still need as much alternating rest time?
A. Yes. To incorporate and internalize the insights you’ve gotten.

Q. Thank you, My Lord. There is one last question. Is there any dependence on my part in working with any of the beings from the hidden realms or any of my helpers in the physical?
A. Answer yourself by defining dependency.

Q. Dependency is if you think you can’t do something yourself. But for most of the months of this year, I’ve done the cosmic work myself with little or no assistance.
A. What do you mean when you say months of the year?

Q. Let me re-phrase that. I know I can do it myself. I’ve proved it. But various assistants have areas of expertise that make the end product better and also saves me so much... Oops! I almost said ‘time’... Effort.
A. And that is...?

Q. Interdependency. Teamwork, unity within diversity - the place of most growth where specific talents focused on a common purpose produce the most growth.
A. Exactly.
